I&#039;ve read that &quot;You never will be the person you can be if pressure, tension and discipline are taken out of your life.&quot; but I think its passion which drives the wheel of innovation. Skype, Flickr, eBay, Google...you name it...carry thousands of man hour worth of struggle, coding, analysis, design and problem solving time. Believing in a vision and then having the passion and ability to achieve it is the winning combination, gist of what it needs to be at the pinnacle of success.  Avitzur&#039;s value of achievement, lied in the achieving.</description>
