There’s another light-weight online time tracking application called ToadTime. It doesn’t have a built in timer, but hours are pretty easy to enter and it gets rid of the paper mess. Not to mention it let’s you generate invoices automatically from your time entries and it’s got a place to track tasks as well. It’s also nicely integrated with QuickBooks for anybody who needs real accounting software.

I just found timetrackit.com which seems like a good one too. No systray add-in but quite a few more reporting options.
