I just wonder what on earth it is ... It does remind me of the number of times that Amazon site, when I'm already logged on, offers me free shipping when in fact free shipping is only available within the USA and ... I have no USA delivery addresses ! Or alternatively the way the Amazon page frequently offers me 'suggestions' for goods which in fact they will not ship outside of the USA. “only open to the US” … hmm yes there would be a good reason for that wouldn’t there ? I just wonder what on earth it is …
