Rob: If you're ever in the market for a hosted alternative to FeedBurner WITH support, please take a look at FeedBlitz (www.feedblitz.com/rssfaq.asp) - even has a FeedBurner compatbility mode to simplify migration.

Thanks

I re-configured the feed URL a number of times, refreshed the RSS feed, mucked around in my .htaccess, disabled/enabled the FeedSmith plugin, and generally tried to get everything to flush and refresh.

Unfortunately, without someone inside the walls I'm not sure what was causing the original problem, but I moved enough things that it started working again. Not the way I like to troubleshoot, of course.

Rob, How did you determine the issue and get it fixed without any "human" support? Just curious. I'm working on a blog and was planning on using feedburner for RSS.
